Autobahn Automotive, Inc.

We had a wonderful experience with Robert at Autobahn!! He gave us an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done and even though the prices had gone up he honored the original price. A very honorable person! He had the work done on time and the car exceeds our expectations, and is running beautifully.

By far the best service I’ve had with a repair shop. Very friendly, took time to explain the what and why behind necessary repairs, and the pricing I felt was extremely fair. Communicated well and set expectations from the jump. Will be the only place I take my Audi to from now on.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Autobahn Automotive. I was originally quoted $230 to install brake pads and rotors all around since I was providing the parts plus $30 for an inspection. I agreed and dropped my car off at 1 PM. After hearing nothing by closing time I left a message asking for an update. The next morning I woke up to three missed calls by 8:30 AM. On the third message Robert was incredibly condescending stating I guess you don't want to get your car fixed. When I finally got the actual quote it had jumped to over $700. Robert then flat out lied about the original price he gave me. When I asked him to replay the recorded line to verify the quote he refused. It is clear he let his pride get in the way because he was offended that I expected a status update before they closed the previous day. Having spent over 10 years as a service advisor myself I am appalled by this behavior. I would never treat a guest with such disrespect or lack of transparency. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that honors their word and treats customers with basic professional courtesy.

We are incredibly impressed with Robert and his team. They do hard, honest work and we completely trust their advice. They went above and beyond repair on our Toyota Highlander recently, and we couldn't be happier with their service. We receive consistent communication to know what's going on throughout the process. We love that they have a dropbox if you can't make it to drop off or pick up your car during their business hours. We will continue to recommend them to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

Referred to Autobahn by local VW dealership that had no interest in working on our Winnebago Rialta Eurovan conversion van. We contacted Autobahn & explained the problems we were having with our air conditioning. We were pleased to discover they had significant experience with our vehicle. We found Autobahn to be extremely knowledgeable & communicative, which ultimately led to a relatively inexpensive repair for our a/c issues. Their shop is convenient, clean & organized. Robert, the owner, is outgoing, friendly & seems very conscientious. Extremely happy with Autobahn & highly recommend!
